Karl Pohler je Direktor A preduzeća od Decembra 2000. Avgusta 29, 2005 postao je glavni izvršni direktor upravnog odbora direktora na period od četiri (4) godine od tog datuma. Pre nego što se pridružio IFCO SYSTEMS-u, Mr. Pohler je bio predsednik upravnog odbora Computer 2000 AG, Munich i,u isto vreme, Evropski predsednik u Computer 2000/Tech Data Corp.. Od 1997 do 1999, radio je kao CEO u Sony Deutschland GmbH, Cologne. Od 1993 do 1996, Mr. Pohler predsedavao je upravnim odborom Computer 2000 Deutschland GmbH, Munich. Od 1980 do 1992, bio je aktivan u izvršnim menadžerskim funkcijama za Digital Equipment GmbH, Munich.
